• Dr. Chennu MM Prasada Rao is working as a Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in the School of Pharmacy at Raffles University, Japanese Zone, Neemrana. He completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Kakinada, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh in 2017. M.Pharmcay in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu in 2008, and B. Pharmacy from Acahrya Nagarjuna University Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 2006, he has more than 17 years of teaching experience in Academic and Research. He has published more than 64 publications in Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science & UGC-approved and reputed national and international journals, 5 patents and 1 patent design and two book chapters and has two industrial MOUs with Innovative Informatics, Hyderabad, and Atlantis Phytotech, Hyderabad. He presented 10 oral and poster presentations at national and international conferences. He is a life member of various professional bodies like the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI), the Society of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (SPER), Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America, the International Association of Engineers (IAENG) Society of Bioinformatics, , Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors, Indian Pharmacy Graduate Association (IPGA). He is the co-author of four practical eBooks related to pharmacy and has five patents as author and coauthor in the synthesis of novel substituted benzimidazole derivatives. Author for the book Foundation of Science: Nanobiotechnology and its Medical Applications, co-author for Essentials of Herbal Drug Technology published by the scientific international publishing house New Delhi; and Textbook of Pharmaceutical Technology. He received an appreciation certificate as Best NASS officer from the Andhra Pradesh State government for NSS activities conducted in 2013–14 26-Jan-2015. He was awarded the Best Researcher Award from the 1st International Research Awards in Science, Health, and Engineering, conducted by Science Father and held on January 11–12, 2020, in Chennai, India. based on the research conducted in the fields of Science, Health & Engineering, and Received the Global Teacher Role Model Award-2020 from the MVLA Trust organized online Zoom meeting held on October 5th, 2020. Under his guidance, 25 students completed their M.Pharmacy as per the JNTU-K university. Under his guidance, seven students are pursuing their Ph.D. in analytical method development and validation of formulations using hyphenated techniques in biological fluids and novel formulation method development and evaluation of drugs using novel drug delivery systems. He has given guest lectures and acted as co-chairperson and evaluator for oral and poster presentations at national and international conferences and seminars. His areas of interest and expertise include green, microwave-assisted synthesis of drugs and their biological screening, QbD(Quality by design) and Design of experiments(DoE) and insilico analysis of organic and Drug molecules, molecular docking studies, and method development and validation of drugs and formulations using modern analytical techniques, and Extraction and Pharmacological Screening of the Plant extract using the Invitro and Invivo studies.

• Peeyush Shrivastava is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, School of Pharmacy, Raffles University Neemrana. His academic journey includes a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Central University of Punjab, Bathinda, and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar.
• During his master's, Peeyush worked on a project titled “Design, Synthesis, and In Silico Evaluation of Fused Benzodiazepines as Anticancer Agents.” This project provided him with substantial research exposure in the field of medicinal chemistry, specifically focusing on:
  Multistep Synthesis:Conducted complex organic synthesis involving multiple reaction steps.
  TLC Optimization: Optimized Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) conditions for monitoring reactions and product purification.
