• Dr. Jaspreet Hira has a lot of academic and research experience and is currently working as Dean, Head and Associate Professor at the School of Engineering and Technology at Raffles University in Neemrana. Additionally, he is also employed by TLNT Canada as an online instructor for several Professional Engineering Courses. In a DST-sponsored project at IIT Delhi's Department of Energy Science and Engineering, worked as a Project Associate under the superb guidance of Prof. and Head Dr. K.A. Subramanian. Worked as an Assistant Professor at Amity University in Noida, where he has delivered many courses, developed Labs and supervised a large group of Undergraduate and Post-Graduate students for project guidance. As an Assistant professor, worked at Indo-Global Institute and Rayat and Bahra University during his early career stages. Organised multiple International Conferences, presented a number of Conference Papers, and published Book Chapters in addition to publishing numerous research papers in SCI journals and SCOPUS indexed journals. Three Ph.D. students are under his guidance at Raffles University. Five patents have been filed and accepted. • Dr. Sushma Rani, Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering and Technology, possesses extensive experience in research and academics. She has 3+ years of teaching experience. She has completed her Ph.D. on “Order Review and Release in a Stochastic Dynamic Flexible Job Shop with Sequence-Dependent Setup Times: A Simulation Study” from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, Haryana. She has obtained M.Tech Degree with specialization in Manufacturing Technology and Automation from YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad, Haryana.
